Program Application Form

ETM Program Application Form should be uploaded under "Documents" in the online application system.

Official Transcript

An official document issued by the registrar of the candidate's previous Institution showing all courses and grades taken, should be uploaded under "Documents" in the online application system. A transcript provided from E-devlet is applicable.

Statement of Purpose

A summary of the applicant's reason for applying to the program, their program and career objectives, motives and expectations, should be uploaded under "Documents" in the online application system.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae should be uploaded under "Documents" in the online application system.

One Photograph

One passport-sized digital photo must be uploaded to the online application system.

Two Letters of Recommendation

The writers of recommendation letters are expected to upload them to the online system. When the application is completed, a link will be emailed to the email addresses indicated in the “Recommenders” section of the online application system for them to upload their recommendation letters.

Degree Requirements

The applicant should have an undergraduate or graduate diploma. Applicants must complete their previous degree programs by the admission period at the latest. Graduation GPA is a factor that is taken into account in the evaluation process; however, there is no minimum GPA requirement for application. A graduation certificate provided from E-devlet is applicable.

English Proficiency Exam Result 

The applicant should provide a valid result from one of the accepted Proficiency Exams
